Olayer 2-year guarantee

Olayer provide 2-year guarantee for the goods your bought directly from our online shop. In 2 years since the date of purchase, if your items cannot work due to the defects of materials or workmanship, Olayer will repair or replace it for you.

Following situations are not covered: 

• Purchase from unauthorized resellers.
• Warranty period is expired.
• Without proof of purchase.
• The item has been repaired unofficially.
• Damage caused by operations which are not in accordance with Olayer user manual.
• Damage caused by any misuse or accident.
• Normal wear and tear(fuse etc.).
